These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BariBuddy mobile application ("App") provided by BariBuddy, ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms.2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the App after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.3. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.5. User Content and Data
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that certain data, including but not limited to user-generated content including all inputted text, images, and preferences, will be stored on Firebase, a cloud-based platform provided by Google. The data is uploaded securely to Firebase to enhance your user experience, enable app functionality, and improve our services.6. Data Security
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to Firebase. You agree to use the App and upload data wholly at your own risk. BariBuddy assumes no fault or culpability for loss off data nor inadvertent data access by third parties. BariBuddy will never share your data with anyone, at any time.7. Limitation of Liability for Data Breach
In the event of a data breach involving Firebase, we shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration of your data. You understand and acknowledge that the security of data transmission cannot be guaranteed, and you use the App with this understanding and at your own risk.8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, illegal images, illegal text, malicious code
- Harassing, intimidating, or otherwise harming others.9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App for any reason, without notice.10. Disclaimer of Warranties
